Every public submission goes through a quick review. To pass, your route or POI needs a title, description, at least one photo, and relevant tags. Content with profanity, derogatory language, or incomplete information won't be approved. We want every listing to be useful and respectful for the community.

Not yet, but this is our next major release and it's a big one. The Friends tab will let you add friends, create groups, see who's currently on the road and where, and view friends' profiles and cars. We're building it with serious privacy controls — you'll be able to set privacy zones, choose exactly who sees your location, or hide completely. We'll also use anonymized voluntary location data to generate heatmaps so you can see where drivers are active.

Yes. Convoya is free to download and use. We're building this for the car community first and figuring out the rest later. No paywalls, no ads, no catch.

Routes use GPS tracking powered by Mapbox, so they're as accurate as your device allows. If you notice something off about a route, you can flag it or send us feedback directly. The community helps keep things accurate.

Your location is only used while actively recording or navigating a route, and we don't sell your data or track you in the background. When the Friends tab launches, privacy will be at the core — you'll control exactly who sees your location, set privacy zones around sensitive areas, or go fully invisible. You'll need to create a free account to use the app. This lets you save routes, manage your garage, submit your own content, and eventually connect with friends once social features launch.
